Terms & Conditions

After the reservation clients must carefully check the specific conditions of the apartment: cancellation policy, occupancy allowed, additional costs, check-in conditions, total cost of the stay.
By making the booking, the customer is accepting the particular conditions of the apartment reserved:
- Clients must communicate the arrival time as soon as possible to arrange check-in
- Upon arrival will be asked to sign a contract which details the terms of use of the apartments
- Clients cannot accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. In case you need to accommodate more people, you must send an email to info@thestreetsapartments.com so we can provide an appropriate solution
- It is not allowed to perform illegal activities in the apartment during the stay.
- Upon check-in, the customer has to pay the remaining amount of the reservation.
- In order to adequately respond to any complaint, clients must report any issue within 24 hours of checking in. If client fails to communicate over time indicated, complaint cannot be made and client will be responsible for all damages caused, as explained by our Return Policy.

Therefore, in case of cancellation of the booking due to strike, force majeure or other acts beyond the control of The Streets Apartments will not be assumed by the company.
The keys of the apartment will be given after rent is paid upon arrival. The deposit will be charged by credit card only.
The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:
- Not giving back all sets of keys when leaving the apartment. In this case we will charge 80 euros.
- In case of any damage to the apartment’s furniture and facilities.
- Missing towels will be deducted to the tenant at a cost of 15 euros per towel.
- It is forbidden to have more people than agreed to. If, after making the reservation you would like to add people, you should let us know before arriving at the apartment.
- Please respect our neighbors. Loud noise is not allowed after 21.30pm, inside the apartment or when returning at night. Please, pay special attention when closing the entrance and the apartment doors. The neighborhood laws are very important for us and we will not allow people who do not respect these terms, they will be automatically asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.
- When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition which includes the washing of the used dishes and taking out of the garbage. If the previous terms are not completed, deduction from the damage deposit will take place.

The Streets Apartments guarantees the minimum price. This means if a customer wants to reserve or has reserved a property with The Streets Apartments and finds the same property, with the same dates and number of people, at a lower price, The Streets Apartments will refund the difference. Here in detail are the conditions:

Before the booking:

If a customer finds, in another website, the same property, with the same dates and number of people at a lower price, The Streets Apartments will offer the client a 5% discount to be applied to this cheaper rate. For this, the customer must send the link of the property to info@thestreetsapartments.com. Our team will be in charge of personally managing the reservation.

After the booking:

If a customer finds, in another booking website, the same property, with the same dates and number of people at a lower price, The Streets Apartments will refund the difference and will offer a 5% discount for the next reservation the customer makes with The Streets Apartments.For this, the customer must send the link of the property along with a screenshot to info@thestreetsapartments.com a maximum of 3 days after completing the reservation. Our team will be in charge of managing the difference of the refund, which will be held with the credit card of the customer.

Cases in which this policy does NOT apply:

If the comparison is made using other sites that do not use the instant booking reservation system.
If the property is not exactly the same, the dates are different, or the number of people does not match.
If the client finds the property for a cheaper price in another booking website because it offers a discount, group rates, or similarities of this kind.
If the comparison is not made of independently reserved apartments (not in packs or similar to this).
If the presented proof to info@thestreetsapartments.com is not exactly what we ask for.
The Streets Apartments reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time.
Upon arrival you will have to settled the total accommodation and Barcelona Touristic Tax.
Changes of reservations are always subject to availability, the maximum capacity of the given apartment, current prices, and the following conditions. To modify your reservation you have to send us an email at: reservations@thestreetsapartments.com
- Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec, Mar: Free cancellation up to 2 days before the date of arrival. And 100% of the total price if cancelled in the 2 days before arrival.
- Apr, May, Sep, Oct: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival. And 100% of the total price if cancelled in the 7 days before arrival.
- Jun, Jul, Aug: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival. And 100% of the total price if cancelled in the 14 days before arrival.

* Special conditions of FAIRS/EVENTS 100% pre-payment of the reservation and no amendments nor cancellations are allowed.

To cancel a reservation, clients must send an email to: reservations@thestreetsapartments.com
In case the clients don't show up the day of the reservation and did not cancel the reservation according to our Cancellation Policy, the total amount of the reservation will be charged
