Apartments: cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Building/ Offices: we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
Back of House: In the spaces where staff works “behind the scenes,” we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices.
Changes To Cancellation Policy In Response To Coronavirus
In light of the new guidelines from the Spanish Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization regarding the coronavirus, and in accordance with the changing marketplace conditions and our commitment to the wellbeing of our guests and staff, we now offer greater flexibility to our cancellation policy
– Changes and cancellations made to existing reservations by April 11th, 2020, may be made without change or cancellation fees up to 24 hours prior to arrival. It should be noted that changes to existing reservations for future arrival dates are subject to both availability and rate differences.
