On the main page of The Streets Apartments you have to indicate the dates of your stay and the number of people who will occupy the apartment. In the search filter you can refine the search according to the number of people and/or apartments you need.
Once the search is finished, the available apartments will be listed according to the applied search criteria (dates, number of people and apartments). By clicking on one of the available apartments you will see the details of that apartment.
Once you have chosen an apartment and filled in the contact information, you just have to select the payment method and fill in the information requested below. A confirmation will then be sent to your email address with all the details of the reservation and the reserved apartment.

Depending on the policies of each rate, if it is Non-Refundable, the amount is charged at the time of booking and if it is Refundable, it is charged before arrival.
In all our apartments, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
We have a reception at Calle Escudellers 18 with limited office hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., although we check in the apartments 24 hours a day. You will receive further instructions in your booking confirmation.
Of course! All our apartments include bed linen and towels. In addition, for stays longer than 2 nights, the apartment will be cleaned every 2 days, included in the price.

There will always be a person who will assist you at check-in. To organize the entrance, you have to call our customer service number (+34 677 738 635) 45 minutes before arriving at the apartment. At the time of check-in, the keys will be delivered after payment of the entire stay.
Yes, it is included in the price. We clean the apartment every 2 days from the arrival of the client and, upon departure.
Yes, a security deposit is required and must be confirmed by credit card pre-authorization. This operation does not imply a charge, but rather a block on the card that will be unblocked within 10 working days once the state of the apartment has been verified after your departure.
All taxes are included in the price of the reservation, except for the tourist tax of the city of Barcelona, which you must pay upon arrival at the apartments.
In the N 322 the rate is €0.72 per person per night
In the rest of the establishments the rate will be €2.25 per person per night.

You will simply have to leave the access keys inside the apartment. Our staff will collect them and control the state of the apartment.
In the event that damage is found or material is missing, it will be added to the cost of the stay through a charge to the credit/debit card that you have given us.
- From January 1 to May 31 and from September 1 to December 31:
Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 2 days before the arrival date.
- From June 1 to August 31:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 14 days before the arrival date.
- Special dates (non-refundable policies):
February: 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
June: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26.
December: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31
100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation. No refunds will be made in case of modifications and/or cancellations.
You have to send an email to email@example.com with the code of your reservation and the name of the person who made the reservation.
We will try to adjust to your demands. The rates are based on the types of apartments and dates chosen. In case of modification of the type of apartment and/or dates, take note that the rates may change.
A few days after your stay you will receive an automatic email where you can rate your stay in the apartment.
