At the time of booking, the client must always carefully review the particular conditions of the apartment: cancellation policy, permitted occupancy, additional costs, check-in conditions, total cost of the stay.
By making the reservation, the client is accepting the particular conditions of the apartment that they are going to reserve:

- The client must communicate the arrival time as soon as possible in order to organize the check-in.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract detailing the conditions of use of the apartments.
- You can not accommodate more people than stipulated in the reservation. In case of having to accommodate more people, you have to send an email to reservations@thestreetsapartments.com so that the establishment can find a solution.
- Illicit activity is not allowed in the apartment during the stay.
- At the time of check-in the client has to pay the remaining amount of the reservation.
- In order to adequately attend to any claim, the client must report the incident within 24 hours of entering the apartment. Your account for all damages that occur or are aggravated, as explained in our Returns Policy.

Therefore, any case of cancellation of the reservation due to strike, force majeure or other act beyond the control of The Streets Apartments will not be assumed by the company.

The keys to the apartment will be given once the stay has been paid at check-in. The deposit does not have to be paid in cash, the credit card data will be used as a deposit.

The deposit will not be returned in the following cases:
- The keys are not returned when leaving the apartment. In this case, €80 will be charged.
- In case of damage and flaws in the furniture of the apartment or in case of missing objects (sheets, towels, plates, cutlery and other material present in the apartment)
- In the event that towels, sheets or kitchen elements (plates, glasses, cutlery or other material) are missing, €15 per item will be charged.

Conditions of the stay
- It is forbidden to accommodate more people than those confirmed in the reservation. If after making the reservation you want to add more people, you must contact us by sending an email to: reservations@thestreetsapartments.com
- You have to respect the rest of the neighbors. After 21:30 no noise is allowed in the apartments or on the stairs and common areas of the building. Particular attention is also requested in closing the access doors to the building and to the apartments. The rest of the neighbors is something important and there are laws that regulate it and we cannot allow the stay of people who do not respect it. In case of problems, noise or inconvenience, we will ask clients to leave the apartments immediately without the possibility of receiving any refund. In the event of a serious infringement, we can charge an amount of up to €500.
- Upon departure, the client must leave the apartment in good condition.

The Streets Apartments guarantee the lowest price. This means that if a client who wants to book or has booked an apartment with The Streets Apartments finds the exact same apartment, for the same dates and number of people, at a lower price, we will refund the difference.
The conditions for this policy to apply are as follows:

Before booking:

If a client finds, on another booking portal, the same apartment, for the same dates and number of people at a lower price, The Streets Apartments will offer the client the same rate and a 5% discount on this cheaper rate. To do this, the client must send the link to that apartment to info@thestreetsapartments.com and a screenshot of the portal where they found this price. Our team will personally manage the reservation.

After booking:

If a client finds, on another booking portal, the same apartment, for the same dates and number of people at a lower price, The Streets Apartments will pay the difference and offer a 5% discount on the next reservation that the client makes with The Streets Apartments. To do this, the client must send the link to that apartment along with a screenshot to info@thestreetsapartments.com no later than 3 days after making the reservation. Our team will be in charge of managing the return of the difference, which will be made with a payment to the customer's credit card.

Cases in which this policy does NOT apply:

If the comparison is made on pages that do not work with the immediate reservation system.
If the apartment is not exactly the same, or the dates are different, or the number of people does not match.
If the client finds the apartment cheaper in another reservation portal because it offers a promotional discount, group rates or similar.
If the comparison is not made with apartments reserved independently (not within packs or similar).
If the evidence submitted to info@thestreetsapartments.com is not exactly what we ask for.
The Streets Apartments reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time.

Depending on the policies of each rate, if it is Non-Refundable, the amount is charged at the time of booking and if it is Refundable, it is charged before arrival.

Reservation changes are always subject to availability, the maximum capacity of the specific property, the current prices, and the general conditions of the stay. To modify a reservation, you must send an email to reservations@thestreetsapartments.com as soon as possible.

- From January 1 to May 31 and from September 1 to December 31:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 14 days before the arrival date.

- From June 1 to August 31:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 14 days before the arrival date.

* Special dates (non-refundable policies):
February: 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
June: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26.
December: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation. No refunds will be made in case of modifications and/or cancellations.

In the event that clients do not show up at the apartment on the day of entry and if they have not previously canceled the reservation according to our cancellation policy, the total stay will be charged.
