On the Home page of The Streets Apartments please indicate the dates of your stay and the number of people who will occupy the apartment. In the search filter you can narrow your search by the number of people and/or the number of apartments you need.

Once the search is completed, a list of available apartments will appear. By clicking on any one of the available apartments, you will be able to see the details of that specific apartment.

Once you have chosen an apartment and filled out contact details, just select the payment method and fill in the information requested below. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email with all the details of the reservation and the apartment.

It depends on the policies of the rates, if Non-Refundable the total will be charge at the moment when you make the reservation and if it is refundable, it will be charge before arrival.
In all of our apartments, check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11am.
We have one reception in Calle Escudellers 18 with limited office hours from11am to 7pm although we make check-ins 24 hours. In your booking confirmation you will receive further details.

Of Course! All the apartments include bed linens and towels. Also, for stays longer than 2 nights we offer a cleaning service every 2 days, included in the price.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation, just send an email to reservations@thestreetsapartments.com and we will resend the confirmation within 24 hours.
There will always be someone who will attend you at check-in. To arrange access, you must call our customer service number (+34 677 738 635) 45 minutes before arriving at the apartment. Upon check-in, you will receive the keys.
Yes, and it is included in the price. We clean the apartment every 2 days from the check-in day and after check-out.
A 200€ credit card pre-authorisation is required to cover any incidental charges. Pre-authorisation does not imply a charge, but a temporary funds block. The funds will be automatically released within a maximum of 10 days after the block. Please note we do not accept deposit in cash, only credit card.
In the reservation amount all taxes are included, except Barcelona Touristic Tax.

N 322 : 0,72€ per night and per person.
The rest, the tourist tax would be 2.25€ per person and per night.

Just leave the keys inside the apartment. Our staff will take care of pick them and control the condition of the apartment.
If something is broken or missing, its cost will be charged to your credit/debit card.
Cancellation Policies:

- From January 1 to May 31 and from September 1 to December 31:
Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 2 days before the arrival date.

- From June 1 to August 31:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
100% of the total price if canceled during the 14 days before the arrival date.

- Special dates (non-refundable policies):
February: 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
June: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26.
December: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of confirmation of the reservation. No refunds will be made in case of modifications and / or cancellations.
You have to send an email to reservations@thestreetsapartments.com with your reservation ID and the name of the person who made the reservation.
We always will try to adjust to your needs, but according to type of apartments and seasons price differences can be applied to the total amount you have to pay.
Few days after your stay, you will receive an email where you can rate your stay in the apartment.
