How to book an apartment?

On the main page of The Streets Apartments, you need to indicate the dates of your stay and the number of people who will occupy the apartment. In the search filter, you can refine the search according to the number of people and/or apartments you need.

Once the search is finished, the available apartments will be listed according to the applied search criteria (dates, number of people, and apartments). By clicking on one of the available apartments, you will see the details of that apartment.

Once you have chosen an apartment and filled in the contact details, you just have to select the payment method and fill in the requested information. Next, a confirmation will be sent to your email address with all the reservation details and the reserved apartment.

When do I pay the reservation?

If it is Non-Refundable, the amount is charged at the time of booking.

If it is Refundable, it is charged before arrival.

Check-in and Check-out times

In all our apartments, check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

In the apartments located in the buildings of Gran Via, La Rosa, La Mare, and Sepúlveda, check-in and check-out are done online and independently. In the booking confirmation, you will receive access and exit instructions for the building and apartment.

In the apartments of the La Rambla building, there is a receptionist in the lobby from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, although with prior notice, check-ins can be made in the apartments 24 hours a day.

In the apartments of Paseo de Gracia (Casa Gracia), there is a 24-hour reception.

Do the apartments have sheets and towels?

Of course! All our apartments include bed linen and towels.

Additionally, for stays longer than 2 nights, apartment cleaning will be done every 2 days, included in the price.

I have made the reservation but have not received the confirmation

We recommend checking your email Spam folder. If you still have not received the confirmation, send us an email at reservations@thestreetsapartments.com and we will resend the confirmation within 24 hours.

How will I receive the apartment keys?

In the apartments located in the buildings of Gran Via, La Rosa, La Mare, and Sepúlveda, you will receive access codes via email once online check-in is completed.

For the apartments in the Paseo de Gracia building, there is also a 24-hour reception where you can pick up your key.

In the La Rambla building, check-in can be done online and/or with the assistance of our reception team in person from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

In the location of La Rambla, access is via numerical passcode’s which will be provided after check-in and upon full payment of the stay .If you arrive later than 9:00 pm, or for any questions/incidents outside office hours, you must contact +34 678 81 41 64.

Is cleaning included?

Yes, it is included in the price. We clean the apartment every 2 days from the customer's check-in and upon their departure.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I check-in?

Yes, a security deposit is required, which must be confirmed by pre-authorization on a credit card. This is a temporary hold on the card which will be released within 10 business days once the condition of the apartment has been verified after your departure.

Are taxes included?

All taxes are included in the reservation price, except for the mandatory tourist tax of the city of Barcelona, which you must pay upon arrival at the apartments.

Depending on the reserved apartment, the tax is €4.12 or €5.50 per person (over 17 years old) and per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights).

How do I check-out?

You just have to leave the access keys inside the apartment. Our staff will take care of collecting them and checking the condition of the apartment.

If there are any damages or missing items, it will be added to the cost of the stay through a charge to the credit/debit card you provided.

How can I modify my reservation?

You need to send an email to reservations@thestreetsapartments.com with your reservation code and the name of the person who made the reservation.

We will try to accommodate your requirements. In case of modification of the apartment type and/or dates, please note that rates may change.

How can I leave a review about the apartment?

A few days after your stay you will receive an automatic email where you can rate your stay in the apartment.

How do I receive the invoice for the stay?

You can request the invoice from us during check-out, or alternatively you can also request it by email at concierge@thestreetsapartments.com
